I didn't see that one coming! I had my suspicion on what happened to Nicole but not the connection. It was a nice touch. This book is an emotional ride on it's own way. My heart broke for Ryan, so I'm happy with what happened. Nicole is a likable character despite being vague on her reasoning at times. Add in the story a sarcastic (well he's a lawyer after all), sexy Irish who's a sweet uncle and you have a nice read.This is my third Beth Rinyu book, and I can say she is a new favorite. Next please. :)
